Banna'Energie Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the plumbing services provided by Banna'Energie, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," to its clients, hereinafter referred to as "the Client." By requesting our services, the Client accepts these terms and conditions.
2. Services offered
The company offers, in particular:

Plumbing and sanitary equipment installation
The services are carried out in accordance with current standards and best practices.
3. Quotation and acceptance
A quote can be provided before any work begins. Work will only commence after the Client has accepted the quote in writing or verbally.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC).
Payment is due at the end of each intervention, unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods: cash, check, bank transfer or credit card.
5. Response Times
The Company undertakes to respect the deadlines agreed upon with the Client. These deadlines are indicative and may vary depending on the availability of equipment or technical constraints.
6. Responsibility
The Company is responsible for damages caused directly by its work in the course of providing services. It cannot be held liable for indirect damages or damages resulting from normal wear and tear of the installations.
7. Cancellation and postponement
Any cancellation or postponement of an appointment must be reported at least 24 hours in advance. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee.
8. Warranty
The work carried out is covered by a 1-year warranty on labor and repairs performed, except for damage due to misuse or insufficient maintenance.
9. Personal Data
The information collected is used solely for the management of services and will not be disclosed to third parties.
10. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the location of the Company's registered office.
